Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain company IT hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
- Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting assistance to staff across various departments.
- Monitor network health, security protocols, and system backups to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, repairs, and service level management.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT assets, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new software applications and system upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with company cybersecurity policies and conduct regular risk assessments.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT support or network administration.
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS operating systems and office productivity suites (Microsoft 365, etc.).
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience with basic server maintenance and cloud service platforms.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with a focus on user experience.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under minimal supervision.
