As an IT Executive, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our IT systems. This includes maintaining local area networks (LAN), managing hardware inventory, and implementing necessary software updates to ensure optimal performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for both hardware and software issues.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary security patches and upgrades.
- Assist in the implementation and management of Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN).
- Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity and disaster recovery procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with management to define IT needs and develop cost-effective solutions.
- Train staff on new software applications and IT policies to improve overall productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Executive, IT Support Specialist, or similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking protocols, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Certification in CompTIA A+, MCP, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
