Are you a hands-on IT professional looking to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced retail environment? GT Mart is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Executive to join our team in Klang. In this role, you will be the backbone of our digital infrastructure, ensuring that our networks, systems, and user hardware remain operational and efficient to support our daily business growth.
As our IT Executive, you will take ownership of the company's technical health. From troubleshooting complex hardware issues to managing network stability and providing critical support to our end-users, you will play a key role in driving productivity. We are looking for an individual who is not only technically proficient but also excellent at communication and problem-solving, capable of bridging the gap between complex IT solutions and our day-to-day operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain company-wide IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and communication systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance monitoring to ensure optimal uptime and security.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement, repairs, and service level agreement management.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and internal cybersecurity policies to protect sensitive data.
- Assist in the implementation of new retail software solutions and digital transformation projects.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and system configuration records.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in IT support, network administration, or systems maintenance.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows/Server environments, LAN/WAN configurations, and firewalls.
- Experience with retail management systems or POS hardware is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Effective communication skills in English and Malay to support a diverse team.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and travel between locations if required.
