PERSOL, a recognized leader in the HR and staffing industry, is seeking a highly capable and motivated IT Executive to join our dynamic team based in Jurong East, Singapore. This critical role will be instrumental in maintaining the operational excellence and robust security of our entire IT infrastructure.
As the go-to IT professional, you will provide comprehensive support across desktop, server, and network environments, with a strong emphasis on security-related matters. Your responsibilities will include administering Windows servers and Active Directory, managing network devices (firewalls, switches, VPNs), supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud services, and leading IT security initiatives such as vulnerability assessments and endpoint protection. You will also manage IT assets, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure robust backup and disaster recovery procedures are in place.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Administer and maintain Windows servers, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and file services.
- Manage network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs) to ensure optimal performance and connectivity.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies, conduct vulnerability assessments, and manage endpoint protection solutions.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Manage IT asset inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Support cloud services (e.g., Office 365, Azure) and ensure data backup and disaster recovery procedures are in place.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and provide user training on security best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar IT Executive or Support Engineer role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) and firewall management.
- Experience with IT security tools (antivirus, SIEM, vulnerability scanners) and frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) is highly advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, Security+) are a plus.
