In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our employees, ensuring seamless operations across the company. You will act as the bridge between technical solutions and business needs, troubleshooting complex issues, managing workstation performance, and maintaining our network infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business software applications.
- Monitor network performance and security to ensure system availability and data integrity.
- Perform regular hardware maintenance, upgrades, and asset management.
- Assist users with software queries and provide training on new tools or processes.
- Respond to and resolve IT helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with management to identify areas for IT process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or executive assistant role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
