Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain company IT systems, including servers, workstations, and software applications
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime
- Implement and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security
- Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact operations
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to procure and maintain IT equipment and services
- Stay updated with the latest technological trends and recommend improvements to existing systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or related role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Experience with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are advantageous
