- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of SD-WAN and network infrastructure.
- Manage cloud resources (AWS/Azure) and ensure high availability.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect enterprise data.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and systems.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure the timely delivery of IT services.
- Document technical processes and update IT policies.

Kualifikasi

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or network engineering.
- Strong knowledge of SD-WAN technologies and cloud platforms.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Security+ are preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
