Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain church IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and workstations
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff and congregation members
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Oversee software installations, updates, and license compliance
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, policies, and procedures
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance
- Support digital communication platforms including website and social media
- Train staff on new technologies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support or system administration experience
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, and software solutions
- Experience with cybersecurity best practices and data protection
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Certification in IT management (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft) preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams
- Experience with faith-based organization IT systems advantageous
