Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end hardware lifecycle management including procurement, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure
- Develop and implement software strategies to streamline business processes and enhance productivity
- Lead IT projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
- Establish and enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive data and systems
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in IT management with hardware/software focus
- Proven expertise in enterprise infrastructure design and cloud technologies
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CompTIA) highly regarded
