Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and execute daily system backups to ensure 100% data availability and disaster recovery readiness.
- Manage the month-end closing process, ensuring all data processing tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Coordinate and supervise stock-taking processes, utilizing IT systems to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
- Perform regular system maintenance, including software updates, patches, and hardware monitoring.
- Maintain and update data processing workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical bottlenecks and support business operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or a similar technical support role.
- Proven ability to manage data backups and maintain database integrity.
- Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with ERP or inventory management software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
