Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
- Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues to end-users across the organization.
- Implement and monitor robust security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls within the network systems to maintain data integrity.
- Perform regular system updates, patch management, and scheduled backups to safeguard business continuity.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to manage IT assets, licenses, and service contracts effectively.
- Document IT processes and maintain detailed records of system configurations and incidents.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an IT Executive or IT Support role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, local area networks (LAN), and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices and data protection regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with non-technical staff.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest technology trends and software solutions.
