Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain the company's IT inventory, including peripherals and assets.

- Maintain accurate records of IT incidents and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technology solutions.
