Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digitalization opportunities within business processes
- Analyze large and complex datasets using PowerBI and other analytical tools to uncover trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support data-driven decision-making
- Design and implement automated data workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Monitor data quality, integrity, and security, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on data tools and best practices
- Stay updated with emerging digitalization technologies and recommend innovative solutions for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in data analysis, digitalization, or a similar IT role; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply
- Advanced proficiency in PowerBI and data visualization concepts; experience with Tableau or similar tools is a plus
- Solid understanding of SQL, database management, and data modeling
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles is an advantage
