Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, maintain and troubleshoot hardware infrastructure including computers, printers, networking equipment and peripheral devices
- Install, configure and upgrade operating systems, software applications and system components as required
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance procedures to ensure optimal functionality
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving hardware and system-related issues promptly
- Administer and manage network systems, including LAN/WAN configuration and network security protocols
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware procurement, repairs and maintenance contracts
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, procedures and user guides
- Support the implementation of new technology initiatives and system migrations as directed by management
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT hardware and system administration
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as common office software applications
- Knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and firewall configurations
- Experience with hardware maintenance, troubleshooting and asset management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English; ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Possession of relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA or MCSA will be an advantage
