Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise infrastructure systems including servers, networks, and cloud platforms
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct regular vulnerability assessments
- Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization across IT environments
- Coordinate disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives
- Provide Level 3 technical support for complex infrastructure issues
- Document system configurations and maintain comprehensive IT documentation
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure management
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), networking (Cisco/Juniper), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management principles
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Server+, or equivalent) preferred
- Proven problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
