Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee IT infrastructure management including servers, networks, and storage systems at the distribution centre
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive logistics data
- Provide technical support for warehouse management systems and automation technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new IT solutions into operations
- Monitor system performance and proactively address technical issues
- Document IT processes and create disaster recovery plans
- Manage vendor relationships for IT hardware/software procurement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Strong knowledge of network administration and cloud technologies
- Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+) preferred
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
