You'll diagnose and resolve technical issues, implement system enhancements, and safeguard digital assets while maintaining optimal performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance
- Provide responsive technical support and troubleshooting for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and security patches
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls following security protocols
- Document IT procedures, system configurations, and incident reports
- Collaborate on IT projects including system upgrades and infrastructure improvements
- Implement backup/recovery procedures and data protection measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/software troubleshooting
- Experience with IT security best practices and compliance standards
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train non-technical users
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft MCSA preferred)
