We are seeking a dedicated IT Executive (T1) to join the Elitez Group team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for technical support, ensuring that our organization's IT infrastructure remains stable and efficient. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, managing user requests, and providing essential training to staff members.
Your expertise will help streamline our IT operations, reduce downtime, and enhance user productivity. You will also assist in maintaining accurate documentation, preparing regular performance reports, and escalating complex technical challenges to senior IT professionals when necessary. This is a contract/temporary opportunity perfect for an individual looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and respond to incoming IT service requests and helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
- Conduct user training sessions to ensure staff are proficient with company systems and software.
- Escalate complex technical cases to Level 2 support or external vendors when required.
- Prepare and maintain accurate technical reports, including incident logs and system performance summaries.
- Perform routine system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal IT functionality.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and office productivity software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
