Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming calls and client inquiries with professionalism and technical accuracy
- Assist in maintaining high service quality standards across the team
- Execute and optimize workflow processes for maximum efficiency
- Manage equipment pull-out, delivery, and installation logistics
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Document service interactions and maintain accurate records
- Provide on-site technical support as required
Kualifikasi
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Valid driver's license (if driving is required for equipment delivery)
