Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize IT spare parts inventory systems to maintain stock availability
- Coordinate and track equipment deliveries across multiple client sites
- Perform hardware maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting on-site
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in field environments
- Document maintenance activities and inventory movements accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to align technical solutions with business needs
- Travel as required to provide on-site technical support
Kualifikasi
- 4+ years of hands-on IT field support experience
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and systems
- Experience with inventory management software and logistics coordination
- Certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
