Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking issues across assigned store branches.
- Perform regular maintenance and health checks on POS systems, printers, scanners, and surveillance equipment.
- Configure, install, and deploy new IT equipment and software upgrades as required by branch operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal IT management to resolve escalated technical incidents in a timely manner.
- Document all technical support requests and resolutions in the company ticketing system.
- Ensure all branch network connections are stable and secure to support daily business transactions.
- Conduct basic training for store staff regarding proper handling and usage of IT equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in IT field support, desktop support, or network administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking protocols (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN), and hardware diagnostics.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot POS hardware and peripheral devices effectively.
- Must be willing to travel to various branch locations within Metro Manila.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
