Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement IT governance frameworks and compliance policies aligned with ISO 27001, COBIT, and NIST standards
- Conduct regular IT audits, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring to identify vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance requirements into IT processes
- Prepare comprehensive compliance reports and executive dashboards for stakeholders
- Mentor junior IT staff on governance best practices and regulatory awareness
- Stay abreast of evolving cybersecurity regulations and update organizational protocols accordingly
- Lead incident response planning and documentation for compliance breaches
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT governance, risk, or compliance roles
- Professional certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor) preferred
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (PDPA, GDPR, Data Privacy Act)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in risk assessment methodologies
- Excellent communication skills for policy development and stakeholder training
- Experience with GRC tools and compliance automation platforms
- Knowledge of property management industry IT requirements advantageous
