Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive IT governance policies and frameworks aligned with banking industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory bodies (e.g., OJK, Bank Indonesia).
- Monitor and report on IT performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate IT risks associated with digital banking operations and data security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline IT processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy laws, such as PDP Law and GDPR where applicable.
- Facilitate training sessions on governance standards and compliance requirements for the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Finance.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT Governance, Risk Management, or Compliance within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong working knowledge of IT governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 27001.
- Familiarity with Basel II/III framework and local banking regulations is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
