Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement IT governance policies, procedures, and controls aligned with insurance industry regulations
- Conduct regular IT risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for critical systems
- Ensure compliance with OJK regulations, ISO 27001, and other relevant standards
- Oversee IT audits and prepare comprehensive governance reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business objectives
- Monitor vendor performance and manage third-party risk in IT infrastructure
- Stay updated on emerging governance trends and recommend process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT governance, IT audit, or compliance
- Certification in COBIT, ITIL, or ISO 27001 is highly desirable
- Deep understanding of insurance industry regulatory requirements (OJK)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in risk assessment frameworks
- Excellent documentation and report writing abilities
- Proven experience with IT governance tools and methodologies
