We are seeking a strategic Vendor & Asset Manager to optimize our IT ecosystem and drive operational excellence in Jakarta Raya. This pivotal role involves overseeing vendor relationships to ensure contractual compliance, performance alignment, and cost efficiency while managing the full lifecycle of IT assets. You will be instrumental in mitigating risks, maximizing ROI on technology investments, and maintaining robust vendor partnerships that support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with exceptional negotiation skills to streamline vendor processes and ensure seamless asset utilization across the organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate IT vendor performance against SLAs and contractual obligations
- Administer vendor contracts including negotiations, renewals, and compliance audits
- Manage IT asset lifecycle from procurement through deployment, maintenance, and retirement
- Conduct periodic vendor assessments and performance reviews with actionable insights
- Develop strategic vendor relationships to enhance service quality and innovation
- Identify cost optimization opportunities in vendor and asset management processes
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal governance policies
- Generate comprehensive reports on vendor KPIs and asset utilization metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in vendor management or IT asset administration
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation and SLA management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in vendor performance evaluation
- Proficiency in asset management systems and procurement software
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in ITIL or vendor management (e.g., VCP) preferred
- Knowledge of Indonesian IT compliance frameworks and regulations
