Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated testing for retail software applications and platforms
- Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with retail business requirements
- Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools like JIRA and TestRail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts
- Conduct regression testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing for retail systems
- Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS and other retail industry security standards
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of QA/testing experience, preferably in retail or e-commerce environments
- Proficiency in testing tools (Selenium, Postman, JIRA) and defect tracking systems
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Experience with API testing, database testing, and cross-browser compatibility testing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with global teams and stakeholders
