Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the IT department, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and healthcare industry standards
- Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all systems and patient data
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology procurement processes
- Lead the implementation of new technologies and digital transformation initiatives
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IT staff and other departments
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and other data protection laws
- Collaborate with department heads to understand technology needs and deliver effective solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in healthcare IT systems and compliance requirements
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity best practices
- Excellent project management skills with experience in implementing complex IT projects
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing IT teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a healthcare environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
