Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with Zirconia Inc’s business objectives and drives digital transformation.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software systems.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and digital tools to streamline business processes and improve productivity.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry regulations and internal policies to protect company assets.
- Manage the IT budget effectively, negotiating with vendors to secure optimal service and cost-efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in Information Technology, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives within a corporate environment.
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure management, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and executive leadership.
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum) is highly desirable.
