Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive IT experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and project management
- Strong strategic planning and budget management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with ERP systems and cloud technologies
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP, CIO) highly desirable
