As part of our help desk team, you will be the first line of defense for our clients, ensuring business continuity through rapid issue resolution. From troubleshooting hardware failures to configuring complex networks, you will be exposed to a wide range of technical challenges that will accelerate your professional growth. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage and maintain IT assets, including laptop/desktop setups and peripheral inventory.
  • Assist in the deployment, imaging, and configuration of new workstations and operating systems.
  • Document all technical issues, resolutions, and user interactions in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex technical escalations.
  • Perform routine maintenance on printers and other peripherals.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • Previous experience in an MSP or Help Desk environment is a strong advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to undergo paid training and obtain relevant certifications.
