Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first-level technical support for software and hardware issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to banking and financial software applications
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and related equipment
  • Document technical issues and solutions in the helpdesk ticketing system
  • Train users on software functionality and best practices
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate complex technical issues
  • Maintain knowledge base articles to help users resolve common issues independently
  • Monitor system performance and report any potential security threats

Kualifikasi

  • Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT helpdesk or technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
  • Experience with networking concepts and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
