Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security access across company systems.
- Monitor and ensure the health of IT infrastructure, including server connectivity and network stability.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and upgrades of enterprise software and operating systems.
- Maintain an organized inventory of IT assets and equipment.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the infrastructure team on larger-scale IT projects and site improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong passion for IT support are highly encouraged to apply.
- Experience with Windows/macOS operating systems and Microsoft Office 365 environment.
- Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi connectivity).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL, or CCNA) are considered a strong advantage.
