Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct daily monitoring and routine inspection of server health and network stability to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and peripheral devices for all employees.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and headquarters regarding IT system updates.
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, operating systems, and essential business applications.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within the corporate network environment.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT incidents, system configurations, and maintenance logs.
  • Assist in the procurement and inventory management of IT assets and equipment.
  • Perform regular data backups and ensure the integrity of disaster recovery protocols.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory to facilitate communication with regional teams.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an IT Helpdesk or Technical Support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware issues (PC, Printers, Servers) and software applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA) are highly desirable.
