Join ICHOR Systems as an IT Helpdesk Executive and become the backbone of our manufacturing operations' technological infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver first-line IT support via phone, email, and remote assistance for manufacturing staff
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including workstations, printers, and production equipment
- Manage network connectivity, security protocols, and system performance monitoring
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure components and peripherals
- Document technical issues, solutions, and preventive maintenance procedures
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and software licensing management
- Train users on new technologies and best practices for system utilization
- Implement cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive manufacturing data
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of IT helpdesk experience in manufacturing/industrial environments
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and network troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of hardware diagnostics (PCs, printers, peripherals)
- Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and industrial control networks
- CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train non-technical users
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call support
