As a Service Desk Analyst, you will act as the primary point of contact for employees, bridging the gap between technical teams and end-users. You will ensure that business operations continue smoothly by maintaining IT systems, providing timely support, and documenting technical solutions. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Manage and resolve incoming helpdesk tickets via email, phone, and ticketing systems efficiently.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer peripherals, printers, and network devices.
  • Assist in the setup and migration of desktop environments, operating systems, and user accounts.
  • Monitor system performance and respond to alerts to ensure maximum business continuity.
  • Document technical procedures and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for common issues.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate and resolve complex technical incidents.
  • Perform routine system updates and security patching to maintain system integrity.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in a Helpdesk or Service Desk role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, LAN, and VPN).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Makati City, Metro Manila.
