Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets promptly and document all technical interactions in the ticketing system.
- Configure and deploy workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices for new and existing employees.
- Maintain system health by performing regular updates, security patches, and routine maintenance.
- Assist in the management of user accounts, access rights, and security permissions across the organization.
- Troubleshoot cloud-based services and internal communication tools to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and user guides to empower end-users.
- Escalate critical issues to senior system administrators while ensuring constant communication with stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, and basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, VPN).
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize urgent requests in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a high attention to detail.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365 Certified) are highly advantageous.
