You'll diagnose and resolve complex IT issues, deploy new systems, and maintain our digital ecosystem. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide 1st-level IT support for hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems via phone, email, and remote support tools
  • Deploy and configure workstations, peripherals, and enterprise software
  • Document technical procedures and maintain accurate issue tracking records
  • Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers with detailed technical reports
  • Conduct user training on IT systems and security best practices
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential disruptions
  • Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in IT/Computer Science or equivalent technical certification
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT helpdesk or technical support roles
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and enterprise applications
  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and security protocols
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with hardware diagnostics and software debugging
  • Certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365) preferred
  • Fluent English with exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple support requests
