Tanggung Jawab
- Provide 1st-level IT support for hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems via phone, email, and remote support tools
- Deploy and configure workstations, peripherals, and enterprise software
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate issue tracking records
- Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers with detailed technical reports
- Conduct user training on IT systems and security best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential disruptions
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in IT/Computer Science or equivalent technical certification
- 1-2 years of experience in IT helpdesk or technical support roles
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and enterprise applications
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and security protocols
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with hardware diagnostics and software debugging
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365) preferred
- Fluent English with exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple support requests
