Swak BPO Corp. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Helpdesk Technician I to join our dynamic technical support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our internal employees, providing essential technical support to ensure seamless operations and high-level productivity.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Document, track, and monitor all support requests via our internal ticketing system.
  • Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstation PCs, peripherals, and software applications.
  • Assist in the deployment and setup of new hardware for onboarding employees.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity checks and VPN support.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT engineers while maintaining ownership of the incident.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and equipment across the facility.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Helpdesk or Technical Support role (Fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome to apply).
  • Proficient in Windows OS environment and Microsoft Office 365 suites.
  • Solid understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to resolving technical bottlenecks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a shifting schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
