Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
  • Diagnose and resolve complex system malfunctions using diagnostic tools
  • Document incident resolutions and maintain knowledge base articles
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and equipment replacements
  • Assist in IT asset management and inventory tracking
  • Train end-users on system usage and security protocols

Kualifikasi

  • Associate degree or certification in IT/Computer Science (required)
  • 2+ years of experience in helpdesk or technical support role
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office 365
  • Experience with network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
  • CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
