Private Advertiser is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician II for Swak BPO Corp., one of the fastest-growing BPO centers in the Clark Freeport Zone. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve complex system malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Document incident resolutions and maintain knowledge base articles
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and equipment replacements
- Assist in IT asset management and inventory tracking
- Train end-users on system usage and security protocols
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or certification in IT/Computer Science (required)
- 2+ years of experience in helpdesk or technical support role
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office 365
- Experience with network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
