Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement enterprise-wide information security policies, procedures, and controls
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities
- Lead incident response planning and coordinate breach mitigation activities
- Oversee security infrastructure including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption systems
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS)
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party security integrations
- Prepare executive security reports and present findings to leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security with 2+ years in management
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH) strongly preferred
- Expertise in risk assessment methodologies and security frameworks
- Proven experience with security tools (SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners)
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (PDPA, GDPR, NCA)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
