Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and maintain end-to-end IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network architecture.
- Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect manufacturing data and operational technology (OT).
- Lead incident response activities and conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Manage vendor relationships and service-level agreements (SLAs) for critical IT infrastructure components.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure adherence to corporate security policies and international compliance standards.
- Monitor network traffic and system health to proactively identify and mitigate potential security breaches.
- Lead the IT security team in project execution, including system upgrades, migrations, and hardening initiatives.
- Provide regular reporting to management on security posture, risk status, and infrastructure performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Strong technical expertise in firewall management, VPN, cloud security, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Proven experience working in a manufacturing or high-volume industrial IT environment.
- Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security frameworks like NIST or ISO 27001.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical risks into business-friendly language.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement.
