Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and maintain the health, security, and performance of server infrastructure (Windows and Linux).
- Manage and optimize network configurations, including firewalls, switches, and VPN connections.
- Implement and monitor automated backup procedures and disaster recovery protocols to ensure data integrity.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to design and implement system upgrades and migrations.
- Ensure all infrastructure components comply with international security standards and company policies.
- Proactively monitor system capacity and performance metrics to recommend scalable solutions.
- Document technical processes and maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or Systems Administration.
- Strong proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V) and Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing) and security best practices.
- Relevant certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or CompTIA Security+ are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
