As an IT Infrastructure Development Engineer, your primary mission will be to architect, deploy, and manage the technological backbone of the organization. You will lead initiatives to modernize existing infrastructure, moving towards automation and cloud-ready architectures. Your expertise in network enablement will be crucial in connecting various systems seamlessly and securely. You will act as a subject matter expert in infrastructure projects, from conception through to implementation and handover. This role requires a blend of hands-on technical skills and strategic thinking. You will troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes. You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation, enforcing security policies, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-level IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
- Lead infrastructure development projects, focusing on network enablement, scalability, and high availability.
- Implement and maintain virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Perform routine system monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning to ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across network, server, and storage layers, providing root cause analysis.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and service records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure requirements into new and existing projects.
- Enforce security best practices and compliance policies across all infrastructure components.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure development and administration.
- Strong expertise in networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, Routing & Switching).
- Proven experience with Windows and Linux server administration, including Active Directory.
- Extensive knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V) and SAN/NAS storage solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, AWS Solutions Architect, VCP) are a plus.
