As the IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will be the technical backbone of the office, ensuring the seamless operation of all IT systems. Your day-to-day will involve managing the server and network environment, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving key projects that enhance our technological capabilities. You will lead initiatives on system security, backup strategies, and disaster recovery planning. We are looking for a proactive engineer who can architect robust solutions and drive continuous improvement.

- Microsoft Server OS (2016-2022) & SQL Server

Tanggung Jawab
- Administer, maintain, and optimize Windows and Linux servers to ensure high availability and performance.
- Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Oversee virtualization environments (VMware / Hyper-V) and assist with capacity planning.
- Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions using tools like Veeam.
- Manage user accounts, email systems (Exchange Online / M365), and identity management via Azure AD.
- Support cloud migration projects and manage cloud resources in Azure or AWS.
- Develop and maintain IT security protocols, patch management, and vulnerability assessments.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and IT processes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure engineering or administration.
- Expert-level knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory.
- Strong experience with virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere 7/8 or Hyper-V 2019/2022).
- Solid understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, OSPF/BGP).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or M365) is a significant advantage.
- Professional certifications such as MCSE, VCP, CCNA, or Azure Administrator are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
