In this role, you will be the backbone of our technical operations, ensuring our high-availability systems remain secure, scalable, and efficient.
As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will manage, monitor, and optimize our on-premise and cloud infrastructure. You will play a critical role in supporting our global operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement robust solutions that drive business innovation. Tanggung Jawab
- Deploy, configure, and maintain server infrastructure (Windows/Linux) and networking equipment.
- Manage cloud-based environments (AWS/Azure) ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
- Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery drills, and security patch management.
- Monitor system health and respond to incidents promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the security team to implement and audit firewall rules and network security protocols.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to internal teams and resolve complex hardware/software issues.
- Document infrastructure configurations, standard operating procedures, and technical architecture diagrams.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure management or systems engineering.
- Proficiency in administering Windows Server, Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu), and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure) and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and endpoint security solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, AWS Solutions Architect, or CompTIA Server+ are highly desirable.
