Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure systems including networks, servers, and storage solutions
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies
- Ensure network security by implementing best practices and addressing vulnerabilities
- Manage virtualization environments and cloud infrastructure solutions
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex infrastructure issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless IT solutions
- Document infrastructure configurations, procedures, and technical specifications
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and support
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, infrastructure components, and security practices
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, CCNA, MCSE, or similar) preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
