Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily monitoring and maintenance of IT infrastructure and network hardware.
- Support the team in troubleshooting connectivity issues and hardware malfunctions.
- Participate in the deployment and configuration of new IT equipment and infrastructure upgrades.
- Help document network configurations, inventory, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with cybersecurity compliance checks and system security updates.
- Collaborate with international teams to support global IT initiatives and regional projects.
- Support the IT department in ad-hoc administrative and technical tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Familiarity with server operating systems (Windows Server/Linux) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward learning.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a culturally diverse international team.
- Must be available for a minimum internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
