Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of office hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
- Provide tier-1 technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Perform regular system updates, patch management, and routine checks on internal IT infrastructure.
- Support the team in cabling management and the organization of server room components.
- Document IT procedures, user guides, and inventory assets to ensure operational efficiency.
- Participate in periodic system upgrades and departmental IT projects as assigned.
- Monitor network health and report potential security vulnerabilities to the IT lead.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong passion for IT hardware, troubleshooting, and infrastructure support.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills in English and/or Malay to effectively assist staff.
