Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network/system infrastructure for government projects
- Lead infrastructure modernization projects including cloud migration and security hardening
- Oversee daily operations including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Develop disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements for infrastructure components
- Ensure compliance with government security protocols and industry standards
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis for critical infrastructure issues
- Mentor team members and establish best practices documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent technical certification
- Minimum 5 years experience in IT infrastructure with 2+ years in lead roles
- Expertise in network administration (Cisco/Juniper) and system administration (Windows/Linux)
- Experience with enterprise virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Government project exposure and familiarity with public sector security requirements
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
- CCNA/CCNP or equivalent network certifications required
- Proven track record in managing complex infrastructure projects
