As the IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and operational excellence of our network, server, storage, data center, and cloud environments. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of Celestica's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, data centers, and cloud platforms.
- Manage and mentor a team of IT infrastructure specialists, fostering their growth and ensuring high performance and operational excellence.
- Oversee network administration, server hardware and software management (Windows Server, Linux), virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), and data backup/recovery solutions.
- Develop and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and best practices to protect corporate assets and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) for IT infrastructure services and procurement.
- Collaborate with global IT teams and business units to align infrastructure initiatives with overall company objectives and support digital transformation efforts.
- Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget, optimizing costs while ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize operational disruption.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Proven expertise in managing complex network infrastructures (Cisco, Juniper), server environments (physical and virtual), and storage solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and experience with hybrid cloud environments.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, data protection regulations, and IT compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with IT service management methodologies (e.g., ITIL) and experience in implementing IT best practices.
- Excellent leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
